How do I return an order for a refund?

We are sorry you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase and would like to be refunded.

These are a few steps to take to make sure you receive your refund:

1. Make sure the package is properly and professionally packaged and protected (as it was when you received it) and, for your own protection, FULLY insured. Return it using a method which provides tracking information. We suggest using FedEx or UPS as the U.S. Postal System has a poor reputation for package loss.

2. Make sure the item you return is complete and in good shape. Returns that are incomplete or whose components are returned dirty or damaged may be subject to a partial refund – if they are refunded at all.

3. Print the return address clearly and completely on your package.

We have several shipping locations. To make sure you return your package to the right location and to avoid unnecessary delays, check the return address on the box in which we sent your original package.

Additional Tips for your Return:
1. Make sure that you keep tracking information in case the material gets lost.
2. Please make sure there are no bent covers, broken CD’s or notes written in any books.
3. Please include your name and address so that the order can be identified and the refund is issued correctly and without delay. Including the reason for your return is also helpful.

Important Notice: It may take up to 30 days to process a refund after the materials have been returned.
