I’m tired of dealing with all of these episodes. My loved one won’t get help, and I just need to get out of this situation. What do I do?

First of all, do not feel guilty for wanting out of a relationship with someone who exhibits unpredictable emotional extremes. Living with an untreated, undiagnosed person with Bipolar Disorder is exhausting and eventually wears you down to the point where you cannot even help yourself, much less your loved one. The course “How To Handle Divorce When You Are Dealing With Bipolar” is written to help you decide if the relationship is worth staying in, and it gives you constructive, concrete examples of what to do if the relationship must end.
