These are a few steps to take to make sure you receive your refund:

1. Make sure the package is properly and professionally packaged and protected (as it was when you received it) and, for your own protection, FULLY insured. Return it using a method which provides tracking information. We suggest using FedEx or UPS as the U.S. Postal System has a poor reputation for package loss.

2. Make sure the item you return is complete and in good shape. Returns that are incomplete or whose components are returned dirty or damaged may be subject to a partial refund – if they are refunded at all.

3. Print the return address clearly and completely on your package.

We have several shipping locations. To make sure you return your package to the right location and to avoid unnecessary delays, check the return address on the box in which we sent your original package.

Additional Tips for your Return:
1. Make sure that you keep tracking information in case the material gets lost.
2. Please make sure there are no bent covers, broken CD’s or notes written in any books.
3. Please include your name and address so that the order can be identified and the refund is issued correctly and without delay. Including the reason for your return is also helpful.

If a person uses violence or threatens violence against you in any way, you must contact the police, making sure you inform the Dispatcher your loved one is experiencing a bipolar episode which makes them irrational and unpredictable, otherwise your loved one may be look dangerous enough to harm or even kill. After the police arrive, they will probably call your local Crisis Intervention Line, who will usually send a person out to help facilitate getting your loved one to a hospital and getting you help as well. I have success stories of others who survived violence when they dealt with their bipolar spouse or their bipolar boy/girlfriend and now live happy lives with their now–stable loved ones. All threats of suicide should be taken very seriously!

Even if your loved one tries to take it back later by saying they would never actually do it, the mere threat of suicide means they considered it and you need to take action. You should talk to their doctor and therapist immediately.

If your loved one does not have a doctor or therapist, there are community resources such as Crisis Intervention Hotlines which can help.

There is also, in the USA, a national hotline for suicide prevention which can be reached by dialing 1–800–SUICIDE [1 (800) 784–2433]. This hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help both the mental health supporter and/or survivor.

Remember, if a person threatens themselves or another, they need immediate help. As hard as it may be, they might need to be committed or brought in the hospital.
