These are a few steps to take to make sure you receive your refund:

Return it using a method which provides tracking information. We suggest using FedEx or UPS as the U.S. Postal System has a poor reputation for package loss.

2. Make sure the item you return is complete and in good shape. Returns that are incomplete or whose components are returned dirty or damaged may be subject to a partial refund – if they are refunded at all.

3. Print the return address clearly and completely on your package.

Additional Tips for your Return:
1. Make sure that you keep tracking information in case the material gets lost.
2. Please make sure there are no bent covers, broken CD’s or notes written in any books.
